Work better, is essentially a training development office that comprises of a young and enthusiastic staff. The requirement for design thus needed to be representational of both enthusiasm as well as a refreshing workspace. The workspace, shared by over 90 staff members needed to be compartmentalized into various departments.

The design was envisaged as the central spinal cord, from which various endings spring, representing the loud and high energy space for various creative minds to come together and work in unison.

Challenge was to be creative within a small budget.Thus, we kept the ceiling exposed, but painted it grey to give that rustic look, with exposed ducts running longitudinally along the space.
